NTB cultivates a high standard on active and preventive safety measures in the work area, in order to protect employees and to ensure an error free workflow. Clearly structured operational directives for container handling, continuous training, team dialogues and briefi ngs ensure that every employee is aware of the dangers on the job. 

Everyone is responsible for the other, whereby risk situations are further minimized. NTB has, above and beyond the legal requirements, educated and trained additional employees as medics. In case of need, extensively equipped emergency packs are available for immediate use.
