Bremerhaven – the location advantage
 The Quay that connects the world
lies in Bremerhaven, directly on the North Sea.
With approx. 50 vessel departures per week guaranteeing
the connection to over 130 ports worldwide, the direct connection to
the highway 27, and with direct rail processing facilities to the
hinterland, NTB has excellent intermodal connections.
End of 2008, a longer quay is available (1,830 meters
for 6 ocean going main vessels), and also an extended surface area of
1.050,000 sq. meters. The increase in personnel and transport numbers
has been compensated by expanding and enlarging areas for 100 straddle
carriers, 60 trucks and over 600 automobiles parking areas and lots.
